Limit one (1) package per Disney® Visa® Cardmember.

Each package is for use by the purchasing Disney® Visa® Cardmember and one (1) guest. Guest must be accompanied by Cardmember.  

Package does not include airfare to or from Anaheim, California, ground transportation, or optional activities above and beyond the package inclusions. Use of hotel amenities may incur additional fees.

All packages must be purchased with a valid Disney® Visa® Card. Full payment is due at time of package purchase.

Any guest under 18 years of age (the “minor”) must be accompanied by an adult who is his/her parent or legal guardian or immediate family member (the “accompanying adult”). The accompanying adult (the purchasing cardmember) must be part of the same package as the minor.

Once the checkout process is complete, there are no refunds and no exchanges on orders. Packages are not transferable. Resale of package, or any element of the package, is strictly prohibited. Resold tickets are subject to cancellation and may not be honored for admission.

Visa reserves the right to modify or cancel any event at any time upon notice to participants

Schedules and staffing are subject to change.

Limitation of Liability. In redeeming this offer, the purchasing Cardmember, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such participants, whether or not related, agrees, on behalf of himself/herself and on behalf of his/her guest, to release and hold harmless officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns of Disney Credit Card Services, Inc., Disney Worldwide Services, Inc., Visa Inc., Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa International Service Association, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, and related companies, client financial institutions, package suppliers, and advertising, promotion and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability or damage of any kind (including personal injury) resulting from or arising from participation in any and all elements of the D23 Expo Experience Package, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the offer.

In redeeming this offer, the cardmember understands that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present, including without limitation the D23 Photo Experience or the D23 Expo Presented by Visa; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that will be implemented from time to time by Disney, Visa, the State of California, the U.S. Centers of Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services  (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition. By participating in the D23 Expo Experience Package, the participating cardmember and guest voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. 

The State of California strongly recommends that all guests complete their primary vaccination series or obtain a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering the Disneyland® Resort. The cardmember and guest should visit Disneyland.com/updates to learn about important details to know before visiting the Disneyland® Resort – including the latest information on face coverings.

The Saturday D23 Expo Experience Package Itinerary includes a 1-Day, 1-Park Disneyland® Resort Ticket (Tier 3) valid for one single-day admission on any date in Tier 3 or a lower tier (Tiers 1 or 2) in 2022 or 2023; theme park reservations for Sunday, September 11, 2022 will be provided for the cardmember and guest. The Sunday D23 Expo Experience Package Itinerary includes a 1-Day, 1-Park Disneyland® Resort Ticket (Tier 5) valid for one single-day admission on any date in Tier 5 or a lower tier (Tiers 1, 2, 3 or 4) in 2022 or 2023; theme park reservations for Saturday, September 10, 2022 will be provided for the cardmember and guest. Theme Park admission is subject to capacity, closures and other restrictions. No refund or credit given if a higher tier ticket is used on a lower tier date. Both a theme park ticket and separate theme park reservation for the same park on the same date are required for park entry for the cardmember and guest. Park reservations are limited, subject to availability, and not guaranteed

Package and package elements are subject to restrictions. Certain theme parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences, services and other offerings are subject to change or cancellation, and may be modified, limited in availability or capacity, or be closed. Park admission and offerings are not guaranteed. Hotel accommodations are subject to applicable Disneyland® Resort Hotel policies at time of stay.
